Chrys is a spreadsheet loving math geek who spends her days researching payroll tax laws and smothering her two cats Thorin and Zelda with kisses. She loves to travel and to see everything a new place has to offer, even when it means putting up with sleepy Josh in the mornings. Her guilty pleasures include all things Harry Potter, Friends and Pokemon. Yes, she’s still trying to catch them all. Obviously, she’s a Gryffindor. Josh is her lobster 🦞🦞

Josh is a software nerd who loves Apple, Metroid, Seinfeld, and Vim almost as much as he loves Chrys. He's been building and breaking things on the web (like this website) since he was a kid. He owns way too many bath robes. Yes, there's actually still some hair under his hat. No, he can't hack your Facebook account.

It Started With A Kiss
Jan 17, 2010After a party Josh finally worked up the courage to kiss Chrys. If you ask her, Chrys made the first move and Josh has a bad memory. Either way, they both knew it was the start of something special.

Making A Life Together
Oct 1, 2013They fell in love fast, and in 2013, Chrys and Josh moved in together – with just an air mattress to sleep on. Over the years degrees were earned, careers were made, and continents were traveled, and they laughed together every single day.

She Said Yes!
Sep 19, 2020At Chrys’s favorite childhood ice cream shop Josh nervously asked Chrys to be his wife – and she said yes! Chrys had a strawberry sundae and Josh had a flurry with Reese’s. Josh definitely did not open the ring upside down.

10 pm – End the night downstairs at the bar with Chrys and Josh for a few more laughs and cocktails.
